Founderscard IHG Hotel Deals
Founderscard has a new benefit for it’s members to get the best hotel rates I’ve ever seen offered on the following IHG luxury brands: Kimpton, Intercontinental, Indigo and Regent hotels (read on for complete details on how to make the most of these Founderscard IHG hotel deals). FoundersCard Members receive 20% off Best Available Flexible Rate as well as flexible cancellation privileges and since the discount is offered directly through IHG, it’s a direct booking and members will receive all of their elite benefits and points for the stay. I did a bunch of sample searches and am extremely impressed by the results. Not only was the Founderscard rate lower than the best rate for members, there’s also a lower rate with a much better cancellation policy than the best flexible rate for some hotels.

How do you get discounts on hotel rooms through Founders card?
To get the hotel discounts you’ll need to start on the Founderscard Hotels page and enter a specific city to see which Kimpton, IHG, Regent and Indigo hotels are available there or even easier, you can start at the Founderscard IHG Hotel deals redemption page of the specific brand you want to book and select the city/hotel from the provided dropdown menu. From there you’ll be taken to the hotels booking page where you can enter your dates and see the best rates.

Be sure to Login to your IHG Rewards Club account before making your reservation to ensure your current elite status and rewards status is reflected.

Final Thoughts- Founderscard IHG Hotel Deals offer the best hotel rates at Intercontinental
Normally the best way to get the best rate at Intercontinental hotels is to book the Advance Saver rate or the best flexible member rate but I did a search using the Founderscard member rate and found that all of the rates were lower than the aforementioned rates and the cancellation policy was the same, so for the time being this is the best way to get the cheapest rates at the IHG brands. For the Intercontinental Times Square in NYC the best flexible member rate was $362 but the Founderscard rate was $311- that’s close to a 15% savings. Also don’t forget that if you book a Founderscard rate and you’re an Elite member you’ll also receive a special amenity by contacting the Founders card concierge prior to your stay. In the past I’ve gotten desserts and bottles of alcohol.
